I have a complaint about Cashify. In my experience, they are a poor company that shows no regard for their customers. Their customer service is non-existent and their after-sales support is abysmal.
I bought a Google Pixel 3 from Cashify as a backup phone. At the time, I thought I was getting a good deal as it was an unboxed phone. However, when I tried to use the device months later, I found that it was OEM-locked and unable to detect my SIM card. After some investigation, I discovered that the phone was actually a Japanese device that Cashify had sold in the Indian market without informing me.
When I reached out to Cashify's support team, they refused to help me with the issue. I am now stuck with a phone that cannot be unlocked, and I would never recommend anyone to buy a device from this fraudulent company that sells international devices without taking ownership of it.
