Cashify has been making tall promises and fake apologies and has not picked up the phone I scheduled to sell through its platform it has been 3-4 times including this week and past (roughly 10 days) no intimation from company, on writing mail to support team as well as CEO of cashify, a formal apology mail waa recieved to me stating the fake issues described by them, also they assured to reschedule the pick up and they would guarantee me to pick up phone from doorstep and pay me the mentioned amount instantly, however no necessary actions have been taken by their management and employees to intimate their customer. I have send them mails on loop keeping the management in CC.Now I don't understand how will I sell my phone as i did not sell it on any other platforms and so I will not get money against the same which I was in need of and this is affecting my mental stability and I am now feeling regretted as it is taking too long besides the unprofessional behaviour of company
