Cheated by Cashify pickup technician (Mohammad - Mira Road) & Customer service (Priyansh Kumar)
I raised selling request in cashify app to sell my Oppo phone. My phone had 1 minor scratch & minor Dent. I entered correct details in Cashify App & it showed amount of 2850. Cashify technician Mohammad came next day. He checked my phone & said that phone has minor Discoloration if seen under white background. It was just a mild shadow almost invisible to eye.
He did recalculation on his phone and said that Cashify will give only 1600. I was shocked.
From the time he entered house he said that he is in a rush & want to do it fast to go to other customer. He was pressurising me to take a fast decision. I asked why so less, he said it is because of mild Discoloration. He was not letting me think & was constantly rushing. That Fraudster cheated me.
I recalculated again next day on cashify app & added the mild Discoloration point along with minor scratch & dent. App was giving me 2470. That Fraudster cheated me.in stead of Minor scratch, Minor Dent & Minor Discoloration, technician Mohammad fraudster entered Major Scratch, Major Dent & Major Discoloration. I emailed Cashify with complete details, I got a call from them & they accepted that technician entered wrong details. After sometime I get a email from another Cashify Fraudster (Priyansh Kumar) that amount given was correct.
FIRST TRANSACTION WITH CASHIFY & SO PATHETIC. TO MAKE MONEY THESE FRAUDSTERS CHEAT PEOPLE & PLAY WITH THEIR EMOTIONS. SHARING THIS COMPLAINT JUST TO ALERT EVERY ONE.
