On 27th Feb 2022 I want to sale my IPhone XS 256gb phone on Cashify. They given me estimation of ₹22, 700 and I agreed with the same. Next day my pickup got scheduled. That day pickup guy came and behave very rudely with me so I denied to given my mobile to him and drop a service regarding complaint to the Cashify team . So I reschedule my pick for 2nd March 2022. On scheduled day the pickup agent reschedule the pickup without my concern for the next day which is 3rd March 2022 and time slot I got is 5pm-8pm. The whole time I was seating at the location waiting for the pickup agent but no one shows up and nor even I got any contact details of the pickup agent . Then after contacting customer support for several time I got informed that my pickup again scheduled up for next day . I got so much frustrated because of this unprofessional behaviour of the company called Cashify which seems big brand in after sales service offering entity. on the day of 4th March 2022 I’m having flight in the afternoon but the customer support executive given me the surety on prior day that your pickup would get done before your flight timing but then only no one contact me or not a single intimation from company end.After getting fade with this I again trying to reached the customer support team and again they are telling me that your pickup scheduled for tomorrow i.e 5th March 2022..I got busted out and ask for the solution for it . Then finally pickup guy arrived at same day dating 4th march 2022 and now he’s giving me ₹19, 500/- offer for my iPhone XS. I told him that your company agent only offer me 22, 700 on the date of 28th Feb 2022 .. he said, ” I don’t know sir but may be he’s different agent .. I’m original agent from Cashify .. he’s may be the dealer!!” .. I seriously don’t have any words to say on it .. I was like it means Cashify the big brand entity fooling us by sending anyone. so I told him I want that price only but he denied for the same . So I cancel the drop . Now seriously I’m going to escalate this issue on Facebook, tweeter, Instagram and many other thing and yes I will launch complaint to Consumer harassment portal for the same .
