Cashify — Laptop sale payment issue

I have initiated to sale my Lenovo Ideapad 5i series laptop through cashify on 18th May'23 by 6:15PM, one person from cashify came to collect the laptop, and the laptop was evaluated by the person and he agreed to give 30, 000 rupees, and i accepted the offer and he initiated the payment through net banking, and i have trusted your cashify person and i handed over my laptop to him, but i got the message from the cashify(Whatsapp) stated that payment is pending and it will be credit in 3 - 4 working days, and immediately i have asked with the person about the payment pending issue, he said that it will be credited to your account by 8.30pm (18-May-2023), but till the payment is not received, and also i have tried to call the casify person and his manager Sathish ([protected]), they gave me the fake commitments till 12am, but now they didn't even pick my call, So right now am in a tremendous frustration, because i need to pay my bank due by 18th of may'23, that commitment got failed due to the fake commitments and assurance given by your cashify persons.
