I ordered refurbished mobile phone in superb catagory but received a mobile with not in usable condition. Even after the replacement. The replacement mobile is worst than the previous one. Replacement mobile doesn't detect the sim and WiFi network. They are not doing at least basic quality check before ship the product. I am requesting for return. Still no response it is almost a month now.. please help to return the product and refund the money back
