Dead iPhone 11 Within 1 Month – No Support from Cashify Despite 12-Month Warranty
Complaint:
I purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 from Cashify just one month ago, along with 6 months of additional warranty, making it a total 12-month warranty.
Since the morning of August 7th 2025 the phone started switching on and off repeatedly, and by afternoon, it completely shut down. It only shows a red battery icon when connected to a charger and does not turn on even after 1 hour of charging or force restarts.
I have tried:
Using multiple chargers and cables
Charging through a laptop
Force restarting the device
None of these worked.
I emailed [protected]@cashify.in with my invoice and issue, but have received no helpful response. This situation is extremely stressful as I saved for this device and bought it after many requests to my parents. I trusted Cashify because of its warranty and branding.
I am requesting:
Immediate repair or replacement under warranty
A clear response from Cashify support team

Warranty: 12 months (including 6 months additional)
