The product is a Samsung galaxy s20 plus which i sell to cashify and the agent successfully pickups from me but the problem is cashify not give my payment first day they show payment failed give us a alternative bank details for payment and i mentioned all the details and sent a email but no payment is made to me 2nd day same thing is repeated i mail to cashify for the payment but they not give any revert then i also call there customer care but 2nd and 3rd day agent said wait for 24hr same line they repeat every time i call them today us 4th day but they said wait 24hr from day 1 they don't give me payment or any revert on my mail order id - MPMBD19680946 Was this information helpful? |
