I bought a poco f1 from them on 10th of december 2021, they just gave me a phone in which flashlight was not working and battery was draining in 1 hour o[censored]sage, then after 1week he was ready to replace my mobile and after the 2 month of device usage it was draining battery very fast at night if i will leave my phone at 20% battery next morning it will be switch off by itself and then they replaced the battery but the problem was still going on their technician said its motherboard is faulty then i got a replacement also and in that last replacement they gave battery faulty and the aux jack was not going inside also then i told them to do something of this and he said sir we have given you 3times service now we can't give you more service please take your refund. I WILL NOT RECOMMENT THIS CASHIFY SCAM TO ANYONE ELSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY WILL BEHAVE RUDELY THEY WILL NOT RESSOLVE YOUR PROBLEM I WASTED MY TIME TILL TODAY I HAVE SPEND MORE THAN 1K IN TRAVELLINGN TO THEM THIS IS NOT GOOD I WANTED MY BATTERY ISSUE RESSOLVED BUT THEY ARE GIVING THE REFUND NOW ITS THE 3RD DAY I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY BANK DETAILS NOW LETS SEE WHEN WILL THEY GIVE ME REFUND I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE TWEETING THE CASHIFY THEY DELAY THE REFUND AND INSTEAD OF THAT THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU CASH INSTANT CASH REFUND Was this information helpful? |
