My CashKaro account is blocked with providing any reason. Even I didn't use it before any purchase nor any Cashbacks still my account show its blocked my CashKaro....

I applied to HDFC Shoppers stop Credit Card on 14/02/2024 through Cashkaro.com app. Credit Card got approved, delivered also. The cashback confirmation time of cashkaro.com for credit card orders is 30/04/2024 but after surpassing that period they are making fuss about and saying they delayed due to reports. After continuously raising multiple requests, the issue is not resolved yet.

I am a regular user of cash karo since 3 yrs or more, Due to some technical glitch and Few wrong entries by me The cash karo blocked the account
Consider One thing I bought a product and after a while I returned it or the product got cancelled, it means that cash karo have right to deactivate your account but what about other products that I purchased, delivered and return period is over and the cash back is confirmed.
As I already told you due to some wrong entries by me as the app does not work or may be due to Technical glitch leads to my account deactivation, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRAUD APP, APP GET BLOCKED PERMANENTLY AFTER CONFIRMATION OF REWARDS, DONT USE THIS FAKE APP, LOOTING PEOPLE'S WITH THE NAME OF RATAN TATA
My confirmed rewards or cash backs are there, people are using your app it doesn't mean that you are supreme to the people.if there is any issues arising give warning to the customer not to deactivate the account with confirmed rewards or cash backs.
HOW THEY BLOCK THE ACCOUNT WITH CONFIRMED REWARDS

I have 1000 plus confirm amount in my cash karo account but cash karo block my account I request them many times but they don't activate my account.

I have invested 9973 Rs in smallcase through cashkaro platform on 20/06/2023 and the expected date of confirmation of cashback of 600 Rs is 08/09/2023. But after the confirmation date cashkaro is not providing me the cashback and neither replying the tickets raised by me.

Using CK since 2012, proud to be user. But recent days they are denying my pending cashbacks with TripAdvisor and not responding properly. Many cashback yet to receive, trying to get it in proper way, sent many mails and attached screenshots as per they requested. But my account has blocked without any notice.

Felt so bad about this kind of Service.

I made a purchase of watcho subscription where their offer term was cashback plus bonus cash back = 299 subscription value, Looking at it i made a purchase now at first they took more than 72 hours to track and now it is trcaked as 60 bonus cash back 50 cashback total 110. upfrom loss on purchase 189. Where you are not sure i[censored] would be using you just made purchase because it was free. they are clearly running a campaign where they are forcibly making people false promises and almost snatching the monwy out of their pocket. its a scam,
Now after all this i reachout to their support team they asked to wait it to get confirmed at correct rate. means till that time you need to remember this?? i[censored] forgot you lost. its done and dusted and they successfully fooled you.

Cashkaro has blocked my account and I am not able to login cashkaro

I have opted for a Amazon coupon for my mail, yet not received that redeemed reward..

I ordered few products from nykka through cashkaro app and i paid the money also my money got deducted but the order was not placed

Requested for amazon voucher on 9th March, still not received yet.

I shopped from ziwame on 13/12/22 at 11:30 am. From cash Karo app. The amount was deducted from my account but order was not placed. Either confirm my order or refund the money.

I once ordered a mobile case from casekaro. Because it was havi g design flaws. I cancelled the order. The order was cancelled easily but its been 9 days but i didnt get my refund to my account.

They are saying all Ill reasons for non credit that one person is operating all the account but they are not able to Demonstrate the same and which is completely untrue the other account is one of my family member
All this is when purchase is made by your referral and it is their time to credit referral
It is a cheap techniques of gaining audience and doing fraud...

Hi i tried to request payment in Amazon pay rewards but after entering my Amazon number it's not sending rewards to my account i contacted cashkaro support multiple times but they're not responding i tried calling and emailing since 1 year but no response please do the needful asap

I orderd headphones from boat I got cashback of rs 85 pending but the product I recieved was defective so I just replaced it but cashkaro is telling after 1 month of that I cannot get my cashback as I cancelled the order but I didn't they are not responding to emails I share with them the delivery status from courier company the order screenshot from boat website even screen recording of that but still they are not responding
