Gift vouchers or refund is not received

I have purchased phone pe gift card from wooho deals and here is the order id.

I am not able to see any details with that order number and also vouchers not received.

After sending multiple emails and speaking with customer care team they have provided complaint number but so far nothing has been happened.

Payment Debit But Transaction Failed

I Purchased a Makemytrip E-Gift (Instant Voucher) Worth Rs 89000/- on[protected], but the transaction failed and money debited from my account.

After Passing One Month Still Waiting For The Refund.

Every time they are saying Wait For 24-48 Hrs While 1 Month Already Passed & No body wants to refund the amount.

Bad servicing stuck in order even after payment is done

I have bought sketchers gift card from this website but after payment is done and user verification it is still not showing order on hold . I don't know why . I have been trying to call customer care like from past one hour but they are not responding either...

Fraud

I purchased van Heusen voucher for Rs 5000 from wooho.in on 26th Oct 2022 under the transaction ID 10474212. Neither received gift card nor any refund since then.

Have been following up continuously on calls and emails but no proper response from them yet....

Not able to redeem card money

I have 3 cards, which I received within the last one year.
When I am trying to redeem it, it gives an error "This card is currently not supported."

This is unfair....

Woohoo.in Refund Amount not credited back

I Purchased a Netmeds E-Gift (Instant Voucher) on (Jan 17, 2021, 7:46 PM), but the transaction failed and money debited from my account.
paid via Paytm wallet, not get the refund till now and not get gift card also. when i contacting via phone which always says all our representatives are busy please drop a mail.
so I mailed 2 times but reply not get only get computer generate email. and till now no response. please help.br...

Fraud transactions have done by using my HDFC Debit card on your site

I had received the call from mobile number-[protected] and they had done a fraud transaction by using my HDFC card ending with xxxx7821 on 25th Nov, 20. They have done two transactions on your site as mentioned below.
1)Rs.9996 transacted by using my debit card at 5:15pm
2)Rs.9902 transacted by using my debit card at 5:16pm...

Giftbig.com site is not hounering its term and condition

Hi, My friend gifted me giftbig card of worth 6000 rs, according to him he gifted me the giftbig normal card, but I got the giftbig dining card. When I talked to the giftbig customer care regarding this issue and asked them to change this card to normal card. They are not doing that and nowhere it is mentioned in their t&c that they cannot exchange the card. But still they are not exchanging them. Please do the needful. giftbig...

The process of claiming cashback is pathetic. However, the support team is not clear about the process or timeline and misguide the customers with false information and fake terms and conditions complied in a notepad.
After comforting them all about their mistakes and mis communication, they just simply say sorry to you and can't help in anyway possible.
I don't know what kind of support it is. It seems like the employees do such things on purpose in order to make extra money by expiring the cards before time and delay the responses.

            Dear woohoo team,

            Im Nagini, recently I gifted "MORE ₹500" gift card to my brother, whose email should be "chemstar.[protected]@gmail.com".
            But after gifting the card I realised that the email id is correct but the NOT domain name, so the gift card never went to the mail id.
            It should be "chemstar.[protected]@gmail.com" but is went like "chemstar.[protected]@gmal.com". INCORRECT DOMAIN

            Due the domain name error the gift card worth ₹500 was not gifted to anyone. Please find the below attachment for gift card details.

            Please kindly look into this ASAP and help me gift my brother. This is the 4th mail of mine regarding the issue, but no proper support was given.
