I tried to purchase WoW caffeine serum through CashKaro at offer price ₹99 on July 11th, 2022. My money got deducted from my account, no purchase order was initiated and no cashback was activated. Really disappointed with CashKaro. I either need the product or my refund

      I placed am order to myntra through cashkaro.
      Money was deducted but order was not yet placed.
      I want this issue to be resolved as fast as possible.
      I want to either place the order or cancel the orderand refund my money back.

      Hi Varshini. I completely understand your concern. However, the Order is placed on the Retailer's end. In this case it is placed on Myntra's end. CashKaro is a third party company who pays you cashback on your successful orders. Any query regarding your Order or Payment will be handled by Myntra. Please contact Myntra and we are sure they will help you in this case in case you have not yet received the refund.

        I have shopped on several websites and accumulated 295rs cashback on cashkaro.com. I chose a Flipkart gift card as payment of the 295rs cash back on 31st March 2022. I was told the gift card would be mailed to me within 10 days but I have not received any gift card in the mail. The status on the website shows that I have been paid although I have not been paid anything.

            Ordered a OnePlus nord 2 grey 8/128 mobile on 26th January from tata cliq site through Cashkaro app.Whose cashback was 891 Rupees Tracks that I got in my cashback account.My mobile was successfully delivered on 1st February.But today on 8th March, my cashback was detected by Cashkaro without giving any information ₹891 from my account . He was taken out without informing him of withoutemails and messages.How can you guys do such a big fraud? Tell me, I am going to file consumer complaints against you when my mobile was delivered successfully. I got a cashback message from you.and mail had arrived. Despite that why did you deduct my money from my account?You guys do such a big fraud with the customer, without giving any notice, you deduct the balance from the account. Tell me who has given you the right to deduct the balance without any reason. I am going to file consumer complaint against you guys. If my complaint is not resolved in 1 to 2 days and you have return my money which is deduct by you From my account I want my ₹891.I am sharing the screenshot of each with you. Solve my problem and return my cashback as soon as possible and do this fraud with someone else.

As per Tatacliq's TnCs, Cashback is initially tracked at 3% and is then updated as per the offered percentage at the time of Confirmation. Same has happened here and the Cashback is Confirmed at Rs 300 and Paid as well. Please check for the same.

              Cashkaro is blocking accounts once the amount is added and they are claiming it

              There response was you are using multiple accounts, I reported that you asked to refer so I referred my family members and if they are doing transactions in the same home using same network, you will get same IP and each person is having unique identity as per law

              The second point is unless some one use your link and purchase irrespective of whether me or some one you wont get your commission

              If we are hacking your site and increasing the payout value or doing some other which is beneifical to user other than you, then you can do

              Here you are blocking the entire account where customer is earning from starting of this account

                  I did not get my Amazon gift card after I redeemed my rewards from cashkaro. I complained to the customer care multiple times but all I receive are automatic replies but no representation or resolution. It has been two weeks but still no reply.                       Cashkaro has blocked my account without providing any valid reason. They said I created multiple accounts for getting cash back. I have only one account and i refered my sisters. Few accounts means more than 2 or 3 and multiple accounts means multiples of 10s, 20s and 100s.
