    I made a Payment through cash karo on Mamaearth website. money was deducted from my bank account but no order was placed on Mamaearth and nothing is visible on cash karo about the Payment. I even gave feedback after the Payment but no Payment was made. I want my money get back. It was made through paytm on july 8, 2021 at 8.32pm of Rs. 455.24under the account of Najmath M. (Protected)@g.mail. com on cash karo. I'am attaching the Payment details also. Please refund my amount.

      I placed an order to myntra through cashkaro.
      Money was deducted but the order was not placed or confirmed yet. I hope you go through this and resolve this issue by either placing the order or cancelling and refunding my money.

            Am not able to login in my account as it show email id not registered with us when I click forgot password but I am registered user .                   I placed my order in v mart.through cash karo app on 9th March 2021. But still I don't get my product till now. I raise complaint to v mart they took too much of time and now they are product has been delivered successfully to wrong address without any confirmation from my side. the address which is they site is different...Kindly help me to get the product or ask them to refund...

                      I requested cashback payment through amazon gift card. On March 24, it showed on the app that I have received the payment even though I did not receive any email for the gift card. I have waited for 4 days and I still haven't received the email. Please resolve the issue.

                                        Unethical practice to delay Cashback payment

                                        I made a purchase at 1mg.com through Cashkaro, who offered a cashback of Rs.300 for the said transaction. After making me wait for over 50 days, the cashback has been confirmed. But they reduced the cashback amount to Rs.240 because customers can only request for payout of cashback if they reach a minimum threshold of Rs.250.
                                        Therefore, I will not be able to get any money back unless I make another transaction and wait for another...
