Catering Services At Shatabdi Express — expired items provided on the plate

I was traveling on Train Number/Name: 12001 / New Delhi SHATABDI Express on 16th June 2019 my PNR Number was [protected] From: GWALIOR To: NEW DELHI. I was on coach C 8 and seat number 5. We were provided with Soup along with Bread sticks and butter. The bread sticks provided were expired on around 25-30 seats around our seat, on our complain to the service staff they called the catering supervisor who got the bread sticks replaced. I also wrote a complain on a tab provided by the catering supervisor on train but sorry to say till date no reply has been received by me I think it was cheating with the passenger who has paid big amount for getting quality food on train.
This was a deliberate act the catering contractor and playing with the heath of the passengers by supplying expired food items on train.
