I was travelling from chandigarh to new delhi in kalka shatabdi with pnr no.- [protected] dated -26/05/2018.

I was returning from Puri on 18th and they had servef rotten omelettes and untoasted breads. The omelette had a very very foul smell and black marks on it and downy even taste like an egg. I travelled in lucknow shatabdi on 24th jan18 and i asked to catering staff mr. V. K gupta can i get another omellete then he denied to have another. But suddenly served the same to other passengers multiple times then i asked why u are serving to others then he said it was unavailable. I was travelling via 12011 train no. Shatabdi express. The juice pack was served with seperate straw. The straw was open without any wrapper. It was contaminated. May spread diseases. Pl provide sealed wrapped straw for juice tetrapack. The options are not there with passengers except to drink juice with the contaminated straw in the train.
