          I bought catwalk denim wedges from myntra before lockdown. I wore them yesterday for the first time. The sole broke the moment i step in the restaurant even though i have hardly walked twenty steps till then. It was so embarrassing and difficult to walk with a broken sole. Totally disappointed with catwalk. Attaching the photos.

              Hello

              I have purchased a pair of Metallic Women's Sandals from your online store on Amazon.

              The purchase was done on 11th April 2021, which is less than 2 months from today.

              I have only used it on a few days and it broke today simply while walking.

              This is highly devastating as you are a renowned brand and I have recommended your products.

              I request you to either replace the product or provide compensation for the same.

                Hi, I purchased Catwalk sandals Feb 21, few days ago I found that the sole of the sandals was cracked completely. I have barely used the sandals few times. I request you to please arrange replacement of the sandals or arrange to repair the broken sole. Such poor quality products are not expected from a renowned company like Catwalk.

                              Few days back i bought a catwalk sandal from nykaa fashion shopping portal and after first wear "only single first time wear" side pattern of sole peeling off, so embarrasing and dissappointing it was worst quality product...buying your product was as if i thrown my money into some trash cann ...this kind of poor standard will surely bring your reputation down...I haven't expected a brand name like CATWALK is such cheap...you got to give some resolve to this

                              No I Nykaa denied the exchange or refund as product been used though it was one time wearing, So haven't got the money back...thats why i wrote my complaint here so that you guys will rectify this.

                                  I bought this heel from reliance footwear situated in magneto mall bilaspur Chhattisgarh 495001 on 23rd December 2020. The Transparent heel of left leg was tilted and it went loose. There was black patches on the floor of the heel and it is clearly visible. I want to exchange the sandal because I just wore it once on 24th December and I am complaining on 25th. Kindly contact as soon as possible soon as possible.

                                      I purchased catwalk shoes from reliance trends Bilaspur C.G. in February 2020 then there was a lockdown due to covid-19.

                                        I have brought a pair of sandals from catwalk store at WTP mall, jaipur.
                                        Although those are my favourite pairs of sandles iI cant wear them as they fades away and become dark and blackish. I just want to know is there any provision to polish it out or restore its color. They are not much used and.I am very disappointed they costed me Rs.1500.

                                        Our Jaipur store shut in 2018, and Brand provides repair warranty for 180 days starting form date of Purchase. Our sincerest apologies ! Though you can check something from our new collection on which we are offering flat 20% discount!
