Catwalk — Color remove after 1 day o[censored]se.

I purchased a catwalk shoe worth 2000 bucks from Westend mall pune shopper stop. As I was confirm I dont need to exchange it. I didn't keep the bill with me.

Irony is after 1 day of 2 hour use. Color from shoe came out just like local shoes
I went to mall for exchange. They denied because i don't have bill. I tried to give my contact no and as well as the card details I made payment with. 2000 loss. I kept the shoe with the shopper stop customer care as this is of no use.
