Purchased shoes for 1900/ within 10 days of purchase sole started opening off gave it to showroom branch no 49 where it was said that they would send it to factory and do needfull.complaint number is 11367.Delivery date was 19th March. Not delivered till date. No status update on phone. Salesman and Person at counter are irresponsible bad/no communication skills.very rude to customers. When we pay such prices atleast employ better mannered staff. Very bad after sale services. Was this information helpful? | |||
