Dear sir/s,
I wish to inform you that I really like the comfort and design of your shoes. But unfortunately 2 pairs of a specific patterned shoes met with same fate... torn surface... making it un- usable...
When the first one got battered very quickly I thought maybe due to some manufacturing problem... since I liked the design so much I wrongly brought 1 more pair thinking that This one surely hold... But in vain.
Since these shoes are so expensive... it pinches if it becomes un-wearable...
May I then sincerely request you to please check the attached picture and suggest next course of action.
