CBSE — Regarding complaint against School Principal

I Basudeo Shukla, S/O- Brijnarayan Shukla having adrress- House no.-100/8, Deoria Khas, Deoria, UP. My ward Ashutosh Shukla is a regular student of Saraswati Vidya Mandir class 12, section H. My ward's futre is in danger due to his supension, which is stated as follows: 1- On date[protected], hthree students Ashutosh Shukla, Aman Chauhan and Adarsh Gupta have left the class in the 8th lecture. On returning into the class-room class teacher Akhilesh Dixit, Ravindra Tiwari and Amrendra Tripathi scolded severly and suspended them for indefinite time. 2- Aman Chauhan and Adarsh Gupta suspension cancelled after some time, but my ward was suspended throughout the complete three months. 3- I went to the school on date[protected] with my friend Sunil Tripathi and met to class teacher Akhilesh Dixit to cancel the supension. Class teacher told us to write a no objection which contained the matter that my ward will not do any mistakes. 4- After that incident, class teacher Akhilesh Dixit took us to the Principal Sheshnath Mani's chamber, where they told us to sign on a promise letter and said that they are thinking. We signed on the promise letter and then we ran again and again to the school but at last they refused to take entry of my ward. 5- After that we talked to the School manager Shiv Hari Singh, but he did not care about this matter. 6- School's Principal suspended my ward for throughout three months and then conduct examination in front of 2000 students on[protected], which disturbed the physical and mental balance of my ward. Each moment is recorded in the CCTV camera situated at the school. Kindly take an approriate action so that my ward could study in the college and could save his futre.
