CC Avenue — air ticket wasn't booked but money has been deducted | |||
I performed a transaction in the indigo airline mobile app while booking my ticket. After the process, i got a pop message saying that the process was a failure and my ticket was not booked. However, the amount (25, 760rs) was deducted from my account and i received a mail from cc avenue saying the order has been successfully placed. I also contacted indigo airlines but they said that they did not get the money. So they are helpless at their end. I would want cc avenue to respond since mailed me saying that money was successfully transacted. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
