[Resolved] CC Avenue — amount deducted but bharat gas booking shows payment failure

I booked a lpg gas cylinder from ebharatgas.com through cc avenue using my rupay debit card. Amount of rs. 546.5 is deducted from my bank account. Initially but ebharatgas.com showed payment request under process but now it says payment failure. For the transaction the utilities cc ref is[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I paid to my Internet service provider through your gateway. The money has been deducted from my account but it is not transferred to the service provider. Please look into it.

Sir,

Yesterday on 08/09/2019 I had done transaction of Rs. 350/- from my SBI account for my Videocon D2h connection recharge, transaction failed but amount of Rs.350/- debited in my bank account.
Transaction Ref#IGAGYMCWS0.
Hence, please reverse my amount in my bank account as early as possible

I have paid Rs. 3053 for my new LPG Connection. The amount is debited but status is shown as failed.
