    I have booked bharat gas cylinder on 02/10/2019 and payment made through ccavenue - net banking sbi ref no.[protected]igahdeplr5 - amount rs 633.82/- order no 38471. But the bharat gas cylinder site is showing that payment status as failure. And the amount has already deducted from my dad account. I have neither received my booking status and payment status success nor refunded my amount. Please kindly solve the issue

      Hi,
      I have purchased an lcd display replacement panel from maxbhi.com on[protected]. For that i have paid rs.1028.00 through my hdfc bank credit card. Payment was made through cc avenue payment gateway. At first attempt the transaction was failed but amount debited from my card. I have tried again, and in second attempt transaction was successful.

      I have not received the amount deducted for the failed transaction till date. I have attached my credit card transaction details. Kindly check and do the needful.

          Hi team,

          I have paid for drivegaadi.com rent a car service using paytm
          On[protected]:31:07 am
          With ccavenue order #[protected].

          Money was deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction failed at drivegaadi.com due to session timeout. I haven't received the deducted amount yet and its more than 30 days.

          I have contacted you through your contact us page on the website but there was no response.
          Also i tried to mail you guys on [protected]@ccavenue.com which was mentioned on the https://www.ccavenue.com/refund-policy.jsp web page. But got below response.
          "address not found
          Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@ccavenue.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

          You guys seriously need to improve customer interaction means for failed transactions.

            I have booked a cylinder in bharatgas today 18/09/2019 and made payment by scanning QR code on ccavenue site scanned through phonepe of amount 588.50, payment got success and deducted amount 588.50 from account, but when i checked bharatgas booking status it is showing payment failed. But my amount also not refunded back, please look into it and provide the refund

              I have been trying to contact ccavenue on [protected]@ccavenue.com as they have pointed my transaction as fraud or high-risk because of address issue. So my hosting provide company to whom i paid through ccavenue has suspended my account. Hosting company said that it only start if ccavenue told them and this ccavenue don't have time to reply you back. It's been more than 7 days and i don't heard back from them. Third grade service from highly reputed company.

Amount ₹ 554/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

                    This is in reference to aggregator id[protected], i have not made this payment. I got phone call from [protected] on dated 23rd augest saying that they will refund rs. 19000 in my a/c as they were not able to arrange interview for me. For refund they demanded rs. 10 to be paid from my ac. I believed that as they told me that they are from shine.com from where i took consultancy service on last feb. I paid rs 19000 for their service.

                    I made online payment for rs 10 and found rs. 15000 has been duducted from my saving a/c. Now my bank instructed me to contact you for this false transacion. Kindly arrange to refund my money.

                        On 17th august at 11:13 i made a transaction on website www.D2H.com for my videocond2h recharge of amount rs 1621.80 which was deducted from my canara bank atm but the videcond2h recharge didn’t happen.

                        Please help it almost 36 hours and i have made numerous complaints to videocon d2h customer care regarding this fraudulent transaction and they keep telling me to wait for another 36 hours. I have been regularly using ccavenue for my transaction but this time i feel cheated so please kindly help me out of this problem and help me see my channels as was promised by videocon d2h.

                          On 3rd august, 2019 i made payment to a company wiziq using my google pay upi. The payment was requested by ccavenues. Thereafter i did the payment and amount got debited rs 10, 000 from my bank account. However the transaction failed and wiziq didnit receive the amount for reasons like expiry date of card / minimum balance requirement. The company wiziq is asking me to make payment again. However, i have not received the amount debited rs 10000 from ccavenues for transaction failed. I want them to refund the amount at earliest. The transaction reference no is[protected].

                            Hopeless.

                            Made me pay twice sending me a failure email after first transaction and then forwarded it to godaddy.
                            Neither ccavenue nor godaddy is returning the money.

                            Fraud.

                            Hi ccavenue

                            I ended up paying twice because of your email stating failure on first transaction.

                            Any email from a payment gateway, even if it is from email alias 'no-reply' is a formal information and cannot be assumed to be sent by mistake as per my understanding unlike what you said.

                            Kindly help me understand if you recieve a similar sms from your bank what would you assume? Was it sent by mistake.

                            I had a discussion with godaddy and they said they have successfully recieved the amount, but twice because of ccavenue's fault. They say cannot refund the amount due to their internal policies.

                            You bussiness gaints stay calm not taking responsibility of your mistakes.

                            I never expected a tech support personal to tell me - "email glti se chala jata hai/gya hoga"

                            I am a software engineer and i understand what and how the process works.

                            Request you to kindly highlight this you your management, or else i will have to take legal action options.

                              I have made a payment of rs. 708 to the internet service provider "om sai network" via paytm through cc avenue payment gateway on aug 02 2019 at 10:30 am. The money has been deducted from my side but the merchant is getting "payment awaited" message. The order id :[protected].

                              How long will it take to resolve this issue? Please let me know if you need any further details regarding this issue. Thank you in advance. I have had some bad experience previously with ccavenue hope you guys have improved in your service and help me with the current issue with full force.

                                I made a payment through phonepe on a merchant site https://isha.sadhguru.org/in/en/donation for which the money deducted from my account but payment showing failed on the website. Phonepe is showing money is transferred to [protected]@icici. This was a payment of rupees 500/- for which Transaction ID is ICIddc388dfd6e34b72b2482b3a75ec867b, done on 25th july 2019 at 4:32pm.

                                      I am trying to take member ship in telangana party. For that they opened on portal http://www.trspartyonline.org. here i had filled application and paid amount. After deducting amount from account. Transaction status showed transaction failed. Like this 3 times happened. (02.07.19 2 transactions value of 100/- each and 03.07.19 1 transaction value of 30/-)
                                      I immediately called to banks they told the transaction success from our end and check with merchant end.
                                      Merchant (Cc avenue) side there is no reply from there end.

                                        Bharath gas payment showing failure. But success in cc avenue. But still bharath gas payment status showing pending also i got a message that "your transaction has failed/aborted. You may try again now or your order will be automatically converted to cod (Cash on delivery)."

                                        I made a payment for www.ilando on 17th July, amount 1000, but the transaction failed but the amt was debited and not yet credited till date. I paid it through netbanking of Indian overseas bank with train id 545720.
