CC Avenue — bharath gas booking payment status failure

I applied online for booking of refil cylinder on 05.04.2020 at 6.15 a m and paid rs.763.82 through ccavenue. The payment was successfull and i got sms from bank informing that rs.763.82 had been debited to my account through net banking at 6.15 a m. Cc avenue mclick:1098157. But the same is not reflected on my account on bharat gas website. It shows : order date : 05.04.2020 order no, 1726. Payment status : failure.
I have not received any email from ccavenue or bharat gas. Kindly help to clear the status of my order as soon as possible.
