CC Avenue — ccavenue jio recharge payment made but recharge not done

I have recharged my jio no. Using myjio app upi mode through payment gateway [protected]@okhdfcbank on 05dec 2019 at 10:06pm against reference id[protected]

Though money has been deducted from my bank account but my recharge has not been made.

I therefore request you to look into the matter

Have recently ordered dell mouse ms111 3 button wired through your site and i wish to cancel that order.
The product has also not yet delivered to me.

How much time will be required by you to cancel the order and to credit the refund in my account.
