Dear sir, On feb 4 2019 at 12.38 pm unauthorised transactions done twice of rupees 9999 to cc avenue.com using my credit card number [protected]. There were two transactions done of amount 9999 into cc avenue. Attached the photo copy proof of transactions. Please do the needful to retieve the amount as soon as possible.
