CC Avenue — I am complaining about the amount deducted from my account without the order confirmation

I ordered at Homecentre and made the payment through Google Pay. The amount the deducted but the order was not comfirmed and i recieved no mail for my order. An amount of Rs.1261/- was deducted from my account.
