CC Avenue — Order ID[protected] was done on paytm without my knowledge | |
On 29th August.. I have found a transaction in my paytm phone account [protected] of INR 529 at 4:45 pm. Paytm used ccavenue as paytm getaway. But I didn't received any transaction OTP or anything which confirm for any payment. I noticed that in evening and logged customer complaint. I got reply from paytm that transaction is valid. But paytm suggest to contact ccavenue to know where the transaction done. Who was Marchant. Where this money spent. I need your support to know the details of transaction otherwise this maybe happen again and to other people as well. I know that is a small amount but loss of big trust in online payment.
