[Resolved] CC Avenue — Payment done but order is still Awaited

On 8th of July, 2022 I purchased something from CATKing website through your payment gateway. After the money was debited from my account I was just left with the message "Order awaited". What should I do? As time is a constraint for the product I purchased and it's really distressing. I need you to get my order cleared. #84199_22070811 is order no. Jul 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks, the issue has been resolved and I've received the refund. CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I apply more than three times, and again, I show a different ID.
