    Steam product not purchased even after money deducted by cc avenue by paytm wallet

    Hey i have recently tried to purchase a product from steam through paytm wallet which happens to be deducted money from wallet but product not delivered. Steam has verified has it failed transaction but through paytm wallet my money got deducted.

      My order no.is NIOERP[protected] and Payment Reference no. is[protected] as given in photo that i have attached below.
      In my case money is not debited but transaction was successful and it is showing order is awaited but Merchant did not received till yet.
      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

            I made a payment of RS 17348 to IMS Learning Resources on 8th August 2022 using phone pe app through CC avenue and the payment was successful and money got debited from my account. However i didn't receive any order id and receipt regarding the payment status. It has been so many days the merchant is asking me about the order id and CC avenue is not giving any response.
            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      Payment done but order is still Awaited

                      On 8th of July, 2022 I purchased something from CATKing website through your payment gateway. After the money was debited from my account I was just left with the message "Order awaited".
                      What should I do? As time is a constraint for the product I purchased and it's really distressing.
                      I need you to get my order cleared.

                            the patyment was for Rs 3501.00 on 10 feb 2022 or order number is ORD[protected].
                            However, when the amount was deducted from my bank avenue it finally took 7 days to claim that they got it.
                            However when the merchant's website is contacted the merchant claims that we have not received any payment through CCAvenue.

                                  Hi ccavenue paent gateway team, ..

                                  I transferred 14k+14k+10k to third party through payment gateway portal. I got error encountered error and the money deducted from account and the third party not received the amount.

                                  I put a complaint against this to cyber crime by looting my money.

                                  Now i have 2000 rupees only in my account. The transaction happend midnight 2nd june 2022. Still i didnt get the amount back to my account from ccavenue.
