CC Avenue — payment failure

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 01/12/2019 and made online payment using upi hdfc. Amount ₹ 692/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue on ref no[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

I made recharge of 149 through ccavenue gateway money has deducted from my account but recharge is not done.
I made payment through [protected]@apl upi id.
So please look into this I have attached payment history to this compliant.

I have recharged my mobile through ccavenue gateway on 5th December through [protected]@apl upi.
I didn't got recharge so please look into this and help me out.
