Dear sir, Dear sir/mam, I have try to book one bus ticket from kallada tours and travels for that i have used the payment option for ccavenue but the amount for rs.[protected]*2) has been deducted for two times and i didn't get the ticket also. Kindly check this transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible. Today at 9.20 PM I was recharged my jio no [protected] on my jio through upi, the money of 99 was successfully sent to [protected]@hdfcbank but recharge was not completed so sir kindly I requested you just look into the matter.For the better understanding I also attached a screenshot of successful transaction
