I paied online bill of gas through upi. The payment is successful. Money decuted from my bank account but the gas providey says that the money has not received yet and tack rs 924 from me when he delivered the lpg cylinder. Please give my money back in my bank account.

    On 5 th nov 2018 i made transaction from panshikar website of rs 5700 amount got deducted from account but not received to vendor.
    I paid again on 11th from same gateway which was successful.

    I called vendor as well he said that he can not do anything. He asked me to complaint on cc avenue website. I went to bank as well trying recover money. Please do the needful asap

    It been more than 2 weeks have not received refund yet.

    Amount is 5700

    This is really disappointing since i have used this gateway many times this is first time i had an issue.

      My money was debited from my bank and it was send to [protected]@icici and ccavenue was not sent this debited amount to avast service desk
      And it was shows like server timed out error

          I have placed an order on libertyshoesonline.com for Healer shoes, size 9/43. Payment was made from my SBI account through UPI ref no is [protected] for Rs 2659.00 on[protected] at 11.37.02 am.

          Money transferred through UPI to CCAvenues.
          Transaction ID: OMK22346e4f1ea5252

          Order, however, is not confirmed by Libertyshoesonline.com and stated that payment has not been received by them. However, the amount has been deducted from my account.

          I lodged complaint with seller M/s Liberty shoes as well as CC Avenue at website and email. But my amount is not refunded or my order confirmed.

          I request to refund my payment.

            I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 16/11/2018 and made online payment using sbi debit card. Amount ₹ 995.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue on pos is 81800518 at utilitiescc txn#[[protected]]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

            Kindly address the issue and try to solve at the earliest thank you. Still there is no update of the transaction.

            Amount deducted ₹1699 on 2NOV from my account having google transaction ID CKAgKDCIP_gAW and UID TRANSACTION ID[protected] but not return yet as soon as possible.

              On the 4th of sep i made a payment of rs.6665/- to bajaj finserv through cc avenue (Bil/onl/[protected]/ccavenue/[protected]) from my icici bank account. The transaction was completed and the amount was deducted from my bank account through ref no :- [protected].
              Till date this amount has not been credited to the merchant, i. E. Bajaj finserv.

                Hi team,

                I have made a lpg booking on bharat gas website. I tried to use upi to pay the amount. The initial transaction was failed but money got deducted from my bank. Then i tried with creditcard and it was successful.

                After reaching out multiple times with bharat gas customer service, they have finalized that only one transaction they could see and it was the credit card transaction. They have no details o[censored]pi transaction as it was failed. They told to check with my bank.

                It was icici bank linked to that upi address. I conveyed what ever happened and the reply i got was that the transaction was successful and please check with the merchant, in this case bharatgas.

                As bharatgas and icici termed out to be useless in helping me out to get my refund, i reached out to ccavenues. The upi payment was made to [protected]@icici. I sent out a mail with the details to them. They mentioned the responsive time is 24 hrs. I have waited a week and still waiting. I did get a collect request from ccavenues for that same amount when the transaction happened. I did raise that request but they didn't approve it from their end.

                i have made a payment to bharat gas through upi transaction. the payment was failed but money has been deducted from my account. i have talked to bharat gas as they are saying the payment has been failed then i called ccavenue customercare and complained about it but they are saying to wait for 24 hours.as they still dont have any update from the bank if the payment was done or not. again i called them they still dont have any update and the agents even dont know how to talk with customer. i am very much worried will i get my refund or not

                  I have made a recharge on my jio number [protected] for rs. 399 on 1st of october 2018 and recharge has not been done yet and rs. 399 amount has been deducted from my account.
                  From jionet, i got a message that says, "we have received recharge request for your jio connection transaction id: bv00000iizof."
                  Earlier i had complaint many portals but they didn't responed.
                  In case if cc avenue didn't responed well then i will report a case on them.

                  Yesterday I placed order on Universal Divine Shop Shivyog. RS980 got debited from my bank account but order wasn't placed . Payment was done through upid .

                    I would like to inform you that the payment which I made on 14-Oct-2018 to book refill of Bharat gas cylinder via ebharatgas websites via Axis Bank using UPI did not realized by the distributor.

                    Actually I made two attempts. First with transaction no.[protected] which FAILED but the second transaction after 3 minutes with transaction no.[protected] which was successful and I was charged with RS 874.50.

                    But This transaction is not reflecting with Bharat gas.

                    Could you please check about this transaction and let me know the status. If the amount is not credited to Bharat gas distributor then please refund the amount back into my Axis Bank account. Otherwise please send me the acknowledgement that the amount transferred to the distributor.

                    I have attached the screenshot for both the transactions and my bank statement which reflect the amount deducted from my account from second transaction.

                              I booked a lpg cylinder online and paid through axis bank debit card. During the last stage of my transaction screen displayed session expired but money was deducted from my account later on. Again i logged into ebharatgas.com to check the payment status but the website shows me payment status as pending and had to pay cash on delivery. Raised a issue with axis bank and finally the amount was returned and again debited on 11th october and credited to cc avenue.

                                  My upi transaction through ccavenues for bharatgas failed, but the money was deducted. Upi transaction id is[protected]
                                  I did not get any payment confirmation, and the lpg booking was also unsuccessful.

                                  I have not received any confirmation that the transaction is being refunded, nor is there any channel wherein i can file a dispute to get this taken care of. This is very poor service by both bharatgas and ccavenues.
