[Resolved]  CC Avenue — The payment is confirmed in GPay but there is no confirmation email or message from the seller

I placed the order on Max website of 799 rupees on 20th November. The payment was made using UPI mode, through my GPay. The GPay says the purchase is confirmed but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or message from the seller.
I have attached payment receipt from my GPay down below.
I kindly request you to please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible
