While web check in I payed through wallet and money debited but the thing is air asia didn't recieve the amount and asked me to pay again.so I payed them again and there is no trace of money ..please check and refund. I am attaching the screenshots.

    I placed the order on Max website of 799 rupees on 20th November. The payment was made using UPI mode, through my GPay. The GPay says the purchase is confirmed but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or message from the seller.
    I have attached payment receipt from my GPay down below.
    I kindly request you to please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible...

    I did not receive any order confirmation from the but amount is deducted from my account

        I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20/11/20208and made online payment using icici net banking Amount ₹ 4273.82/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction pending.

          I have ordered a saree from fabja.com which used ccavenue as payment gateway.

          I used credit card. During payment it had shown error but deducted money twice.

          Sellar is not at all responding.

              I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 19/11/2020 and made online payment using amazon upi. Amount ₹ 603.00/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue to VPA [protected]@icici. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

                I've made payment using Google pay and from that the payment is successful and money has been debited from my account
                And when I check the status in this website, it's showing unsuccessful and asking me to pay again!
                But I have a message saying that the money is successfully sent to the merchant.
                What is this ?
                Why is the cyber govt still encouraging this type of behavior even after constantly raising complaint.
                Am so much disappointed by this.
                I hope my issue is been solved withing 24 hours.

                And the proof of the payment is attached to this complaint as an image.

                        Hi Team,

                        I wanted to bring to your notice that on 13th Of october i had ordered for sri yantra using astrojyoti.com and payment from my end was successful and deducted from my bank account [protected], standard chartered . However, same was not received by the astrojyoti.com as per their confirmation . Please find the below transaction details for 13th Oct -. Could you please check where my money went when it was not paid to Astrojyoti.com AND trasaction was successful and my account balance was reduced by this amount? If this is technical issue then why my money was not reversed?

                        Thereafter i made another transaction on 14th Oct with astrojyoti .com with trasaction reference number[protected]and that was success and i received my order as well.

                              I have been cheated by a online website which is https://www.myflowergift.com/
                              a bangalore based company which charged 950 rupees and didnt deliver the product. Later i came to know that they are fraudsters and cheated lot of people in the same way, they are now not picking up the phone or responding to mails as well.

                              In this case, i would like to request you to initiate a charge back as soon as possible.

                              Its not about money, these fraudsters are thinking that once paid online these amount cant be returned back and that way they are earning by cheating everyone.
