[Resolved]  CC Avenue — transaction not reversed in my account by ccavenue

I have cancelled one reliance general insurance policy. The cancelled amount of rs. 8989/- was supposed to be reverted in same bank account from which i had paid this amount. I also got email from ccavenue informing that amount reversal will reflect in 4 to 5 days. But this has not been reverted yet. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in and other transaction reversal details as below (As per ccavenue record):
