CC Avenue — upi payment for 1905 failed and did not receive the money back

I have done upi payment using cc avenue on 22nd of may to oriflame merchant. And the payment was failed. I have registered complain with cc avenue support team immediately (Complain number: 253183). This has been more than 3 weeks now. There is absolutely no proper response from cc avenue and i did not receive my money back. I have tried to connect them many times without luck.

Transaction number was: upi/[protected]/upi
Merchant: oriflame india limited
Payment done via: cc avenue upi service
Date: 22nd may
