[Resolved]  Ccavenue — amount deducted from account but showing transaction failure on gas booking page

I ordered lpg bharatgas on[protected] and payment done online but its showing as failure while i paid it from paytm upi the money deducted but no refund processed... This is second time i am facing the same problem... Even though the amount is deducted from my account there is display of payment failure on bharatgas app... Please help me with this regard.
