Ccavenue — Amount deduction from bank

Dear Team,

I have transferred to [protected]@icici Rs.1000 under my gold tree scheme on 3rd Sept20. The scheme started at 6th Jan2020 with 2 installments remaining.

But the deduction amount is not reflected into my scheme account. So, requesting you to please help me to get this resolved ASAP.

Today with this transaction it should be completed 9 instalments but it seems to be 8 only.
