Sir, On 21/11/2014 I made an online booking for 2 double rooms for 2 days for my relatives visiting to goa on 12/12/2014 and account was debited for Rs.11998. They are telling that it is being investigated as they could not trace out my payment. I told them the amount has been debited from account and I sent them my account statements through e mail. I have not been issued reservation confirmation voucher, so i cancelled that reservation. Even after 18 days amount is not credited back to account.
