[Resolved] Ccavenue — Order Awaiting even after payment is done | |||
I was doing online purchase from Lenovo website using my HDFC bank debit card. The amount Rs.21224 got deducted from my account through CCAvenue but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order # (some number) is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still. Please help to get this resolved. Jul 26, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Order status is now confirmed by Lenovo. They took some time to confirm the order and currently they are processing it.

I payed my fees of Rs.31480 using PNB debit card via CCAvenue, the money got deducted from my account, but it still shows your order with number(some numbers) is awaited. I emailed at account support but there is no response.
Please resolve this problem ASAP

I payed 40556 by sbi net banking the money got debit my account, but it still shows your order with number awaited
I have paid my fees Rs.1268.50 using PNB debit card via CCAvenue and the money has been deducted but still it's showing order awaited and payment status is showing not paid. Please resolve this problem ASAP as it is a matter of Exam Application which has a due date.
Why you guys are playing with our money if you cannot provide service just close it.
