I ordered to MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd; for compo pack of Mathematics and Science of class-9 NCERT Text Book +
Exemplar solutions vide order No.[protected], dt.[protected] from their website and while making payment, I have chosen SBI debit, accordingly, an amount of Rs.361.25 has been deducted from my bank account, however, CCAvenue is acknowledgement showing transaction failure. In this regard, I have informed to MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd; and they replied that : "Your transaction stands unsuccessful though amount has been deducted from your account. This amount will be remitted to you by bank."
it is requested to please verify and do the needful immediately for refund of my money to my bank account. Copy of email dated[protected] and MTG reply are attached herewith for your ready reference. Further, the details of transaction is as under for your ready reference please:-

Updated by satya2871 Neither received refund of my money nor books from M/s. MTG Learning Media Pvt.Ltd; New Delhi, till date. Therefore, it is requested please expedite the same without any further delay.

Updated by satya2871 After laps of two months time, neither received refund from CC Avenue nor books from MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd; till date. It is very unfortunate and shameful on part of CC Avenue and MTG Learning Media. Please look into the matter immediately and refund my money to my account from where the amount deducted.
