I have done payment on 28 july from paytm to police applcation form through cc avenue gateway but my payment did not recieve to them its showing payment failure nd my payment was deducted from my bank acount nd also from my paytm
Nd also i done re payment so its 1000 rupess
Its cost me now 2500 rupees
Wht i need plz reslove my payment soon as possible

    Sir, i made a payment of 2500 rupees from my paytm account to HPTU university. It is showing redirecting to merchant's website from 1.5 hour. Please solve this as soon as possible till tomorrow.. So, please proceed this payment till tomorrow. Please solve my this issue as soon as possible.

      I ordered a woodland shoe for Rs 3795 and paid money through paytm. The money was debited by ccavenue but not recieved by the merchant. So my order was not confirmed. I got a transaction successful mail from ccavenue. I need my money back

          I've made a payment on 30 July 2021 for Rs.300, amount has been debited from by back account but a government form has not been submitted on that day. Later, I made a payment on 02 Aug 2021 in order to submit my form. I need a refund for the payment which I've made on 30 July 2021 asap. I have the payment reference number i . e.[protected] .

                  Order Awaiting even after payment is done

                  I was doing online purchase from Lenovo website using my HDFC bank debit card. The amount Rs.21224 got deducted from my account through CCAvenue but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order # (some number) is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still.

                  Please help to get this resolved.

                  Hello Team,

                  I have booked Bharath Gas cylinder and paid the amount through my credit card. Amount got deducted and in the app it's not reflecting and showing the message as "session expired, please try again"
                  Please confirm if the transaction was successful from bank side why id not reflecting in Bharath Gas site. If the transaction was not successful I should get my money back. I have paid 1583.68 rupees. Please refund it asap

                    I placed an order in the homecenter, payment was successful but never got a confirmation of the order. When I see the app, I still see the cart with items but amount from my bank account has been debited. Please find below payment confirmation reference number#[protected]Through HDFC Netbanking).
                    I would request you to look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

                          I had made a paymnet through net banking via Deutsche Bank on 10th July 21 of Rs 47223.44. The payment was to Upper Deck Resorts. My Deutsche Bank account has been debited for the same but the payment has not reached Upper Deck Resort. Their phone nos[protected] / 22013985 your reference no is: INETPAY https www.ccavenu[protected].

                          The payment has not reached the Upper Deck Resort nor has it been credited back to my account with Deutsche Bank.

                          Please clarify the status asap

                                Dear CC Avenue Team,

                                I ordered to MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd; for compo pack of Mathematics and Science of class-9 NCERT Text Book +
                                Exemplar solutions vide order No.[protected], dt.[protected] from their website and while making payment, I have chosen SBI debit, accordingly, an amount of Rs.361.25 has been deducted from my bank account, however, CCAvenue is acknowledgement showing transaction failure. In this regard, I have informed to MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd; and they replied that : "Your transaction stands unsuccessful though amount has been deducted from your account. This amount will be remitted to you by bank."
                                it is requested to please verify and do the needful immediately for refund of my money to my bank account.                                 After laps of two months time, neither received refund from CC Avenue nor books from MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd; till date. It is very unfortunate and shameful on part of CC Avenue and MTG Learning Media. Please look into the matter immediately and refund my money to my account from where the amount deducted.
