Ccavenue Payment Gateway — Money deducted during payment but not received by the merchant

Date of Incidence: 13.07.2015. Ref No.:[protected]. Booked an item from kolhapurichappalhouse.com for INR 540.00 on 13.07.2015 at around 23:00 hrs. te amount deducted from my BOB account. However the merchant says he didn't received the amount. the payment was made from CCAVEN Payment gateway. After the booking & money transfer a message came at 23:11 hrs from DD-CCAVEN which says: Your order#844 on http://www.kolhapurichappalhouse.com for INR 540.00 was successful. CCA Ref No.:[protected]. Please refund my amount in my account as it is still not refunded. Regards, S Mazumdar [protected] Angul Orissa 759122

Dear Sir,

Its now a very long time that my complaint is let by unresolved. neither from Bank of BAroda Bank or from CC avenue there is any action. my amount is still not credited.
Please do something or else is there anyone who could suggest me how to get back my hard earned money.

I had submitted complaint in BOB angul, Orissa twice but still no action.
