[Resolved] Ccavenue — refund not got in bank account | |||||
I got an email on 17th august for a refund of a failed transaction done with videocond2h from ccavenue stating i will get a refund of rs 1621.80 which was deducted from my account but the transaction failed. However i have not got the said amount in my account and it’s been 5 days. The said amount was actually deducted twice from my account. One of the transaction was successful while the other failed so i want the refund of my transaction in my account In the email it was written that i will get my refund in 2-4 working days but now it’s 5 days. Please help me as i am overly stressed due to this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Rest assured, the amount will get credited back to your account as per the bank procedures . Furthermore, we suggest you to get in touch with your bank regarding the same. | |||||
