[Resolved] Ccavenue — refund not got in bank account

I got an email on 17th august for a refund of a failed transaction done with videocond2h from ccavenue stating i will get a refund of rs 1621.80 which was deducted from my account but the transaction failed.
However i have not got the said amount in my account and it’s been 5 days. The said amount was actually deducted twice from my account. One of the transaction was successful while the other failed so i want the refund of my transaction in my account
In the email it was written that i will get my refund in 2-4 working days but now it’s 5 days.
Please help me as i am overly stressed due to this matter.

This is in reference to your below mentioned mail.

In response to your query, we have checked our records and found that the refund procedure has been initiated by the merchant for the order number 565505 with the CCAVenue Ref no - (CCAGH1KSC983) on[protected]:04:06.437 with refund amount INR Rs 2660.00.

Rest assured, the amount will get credited back to your account as per the bank procedures .

Furthermore, we suggest you to get in touch with your bank regarding the same.
