Hi my self nilesh shete I made translation on 23/05/15 for aquamagica . I made two attempts both time transactions was fail but money 5996 was deducted from my bank account. And for that I call to your customer care 6 time in 30 day, all time I get same answer that you're money will be refund by 20 days. But already its 30 days over for fail transaction. I mail also but I didn't get any reply from them . please let me know what should I have to to do next. Shall I go to consumer court or police thank you.
