I forgot my wallet and my hand watch in train kongo express on day of diwali 7th november 2018.
I reported the loss to station master immediately after i realised the loss.
The station master made an emergency call and got my wallet and my watch recovered by a grpf jawan on train.
I was informed by the station master to recover the items immediately from next stoppage station jhansi by catching next available train
I boarded the jhelum express and went to collect my items. The officials informed at jhansi that your items are submitted to lpu office and your money is deposited in railways account. They told me to comeback tomorrow as we work 9 to 5 unfortunately i was there by 6.
Next day when i asked for my money i was informed to write a letter to ccm and your money will be refunded. I was provided with the my wallet and cards and my watch. But the money was missing. The amount deposited to railways account was 3782 and there was 4282. The jawan who collected my wallet already took 500 rupees.
Its my humble request to please return my money back.
