My 2 railway tickets were cancelled on[protected].ticket no[protected], and 05601425.with refund amount of 2950 and 1290 rs respectively. As tickets were taken from charbagh railway station from my atm card authorities told me that refund will go to my bank account .but 3 years had gone by but my refund of 4240 rs had not come .time to time i had also complained .but with no result.phone no([protected])...

The said train (20505 / DBRT RAJDHANI EX)was cancelled on 26-May-19 and till now I have not received my refund of rupees 1890.98/-....

I forgot my wallet and my hand watch in train kongo express on day of diwali 7th november 2018.

I reported the loss to station master immediately after i realised the loss.

The station master made an emergency call and got my wallet and my watch recovered by a grpf jawan on train.

Pnr-[protected], due to demonetization my refund was processed through offline, but still waiting for refund from last 1.5 year. Always i am going to shakurbasti railway station. They are saying there is no document for refund. I have already spend 100 rupee for refund of 150 rupees. After tweet to rail minister reply for contacting ccm. Please tell what to do....

We lodge one complaint on dt 20/7/2015 re. Manuplation by the meerut city reservation clerk cheet with my cacellation tkt. For 12/7/2015 nasik rd to h nzm. Train was cancelled by rly. At the time of tkt refund amt. Clerk charged rs.120/- and by hand write on cancelled tkt. Rs.120-. So re this case one enquiry setup by the honble rly/minister sh. I boarded the train no 12425 RAJDHANI from NDLS to JAMMU on 18/07/2016 by 2AC along with my brother & son but unfortunately i left the ticket at home but SMS from IRCTC& photocopy of ticket was with me at same time, but TT of the said coach did not bothered & refused to accept it resulting i had to pay Rs 4830/- extra in lieu of Rs 3730/-.
All the concerned documents were dispatched on 20/07/2016 in your favor for its refund, but sorry...
