Ccn Cable Network — complain for not providing the selected channels

This complaint is from binnaguri s. M colony regarding the problems faces by each of house having set top box connection.. Operator doesn't provide the channels which are selected by the consumer... And here in our place the main operator person enjoys monopoly over this connection so he don't even receive calls and doesn't response to the complaints. Likewise we don't get why they are not providing channels even after the regular payment.
