Ccn Cable Network — Complain regarding poor service of cable operator | |||||
This is in regard to CCN cable network providing digitized cable service in Krishna Nagar And Near by areas. We've been facing this problem since 4-5 months the set top box given is of a really poor quality the take it for repairing for 4-6 days after almost every second or third month. This is the third time now they have took it for repairs. There is no alternate arrangement so that service shouldn't be disturbed. However the are charging for the whole month. After going through all this the operator is ridiculously rude and was saying ye to ho hi nai sakta aapka cable to band hi rahega for the time your set-top box is in repair. He also abused me on being counter questioned by me as I asked him that being such a big company you should make or avail your agents few settop box in spare capacity. please take some serious step against the company Was this information helpful? | |||||
