This complaint is from binnaguri s. M colony regarding the problems faces by each of house having set top box connection.. Operator doesn't provide the channels which are selected by the consumer... And here in our place the main operator person enjoys monopoly over this connection so he don't even receive calls and doesn't response to the complaints. Likewise we don't get why they are not providing channels even after the regular payment....

This is in regard to CCN cable network providing digitized cable service in Krishna Nagar And Near by areas. We've been facing this problem since 4-5 months the set top box given is of a really poor quality the take it for repairing for 4-6 days after almost every second or third month. This is the third time now they have took it for repairs. There is no alternate arrangement so that service shouldn't be disturbed. However the are charging...
